Directions
Here at DCHA, we believe YOU are the expert on the you and your family's needs. Our FSS Coordinator will serve as your personal guide, and help you to set realistic, achievable goals that you will accomplish while enrolled in the FSS Program. We assess you and your family's needs, work together to develop a plan to position you for a successful future, and support and motivate you to be the best version of yourself!
Qualifying
In order to qualify for enrollment in the FSS Program, the prospective family must receive HUD Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) rental assistance from Dane County Housing Authority.
To Get Started
To get started, please submit a completed interest form to let us know you're interested in joining the FSS Program. Once our FSS Coordinator receives your interest form, you will be invited to attend a virtual orientation. At the orientation, you will have an opportunity to speak to the FSS Coordinator to determine if the program is the right fit for you. Once you've completed your orientation, if you choose to move forward with the FSS Program you will have a scheduled one-on-one meeting with the Coordinator to develop your goals and review the contract of participation.

Financial Incentives
Once you've enrolled in the FSS Program, you will be eligible for an escrow savings account. This savings account is set up for you by DCHA, and will receive monthly deposits based upon your increasing income. The more you earn, the more you'll save!!
