Income Based Housing

Subsidized Housing (where tenants pay 30% of their income in rent and utilities) through HUD's Low Income Public Housing Program, HUD's Multi-Family Section 8 Program and USDA's Rural Development Program. 

Currently Dane County Housing Authority is contracting with Wisconsin Management, Inc. for the administration and management of our Subsidized Housing units. This includes managing the waiting list, admission and selection of new tenants, maintenance, and rent collections.
