The waiting list for affordable housing with Summerhill Apartments (Deforest), Park Verona (Verona), and Yahara Village (Stoughton) is open! These are one- and two-bedroom apartments for elderly (62+) & disabled community members, with rent based on 30% of your gross income. The Valor apartment community, located at 1322 East Washington in Madison, offers affordable two- and three-bedroom apartment homes for veterans and their families. 8 of the units will have Project Based Vouchers (PBVs).

In order to qualify for the PBVs at this property, applicants must have a household member who is a veteran, and qualify for a two- or three-bedroom based on both DCHA subsidy standards & their household/family composition.

The Family Unification Program's waiting list is not open to the public for applications. Applicants for this program are referred to DCHA through Dane County Human Services.
Family Unification Program (FUP) Vouchers
Referral-Based
Applicants currently experiencing homelessness are referred from the Housing Priority List by partnering Homeless Service Organizations in the Continuum of Care (CoC) to fill select units with PBVs in Dane County.

The Veteran Affairs Supportive Housing voucher waiting list is not open to the public for applications. Applicants for this program are referred to DCHA by the Veteran's Affairs office.
